Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 1–5

  • International Shipping: 1–18  business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24–48 hours].

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Muliva is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Muliva is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Muliva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping

We currently ship to all countries. International shipping times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
