How long will it take to receive my order? Due to high demand and our efforts to keep shipping costs completely free for our customers, please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We offer global shipping to ensure you can access our products no matter where you are located.
Will I have to pay customs fees? In most cases, no. However, international shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties or customs taxes once the package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my package? Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our official Track Order page or input it directly into global tracking services like 17Track.
My tracking number isnβt showing any updates. Is something wrong? Don't worry, this is completely normal! Tracking information typically takes 2 to 3 business days to update in the courier's system after your package has been dispatched. If your tracking status hasn't updated after 5 business days, please reach out to our team.
